Hi friends.Today, I am writing about DTDC courier service, a worst service in its class.
It is very worst and Slow service, if campared to other service provider. Pathetic service. It charge high price and take long duration for speed post. There charge are not resonable.
Why should I wait for 7 to 8 days for parcell. Its better for me to use courier service, it will cost me less price.
Really there service is poor.There customer service is very poor, they say that they provide 24×7 service but no body is their to receive your call or reply your e-mail.And when you go to their office for quaries, you will have to wait in long queue.
Their staff are not good and behave very rudely with people
