POOR SERVICE DTDC. Review on DTDC Courier

I ordered Imported Mouse from Amazon.com and paid courier charges at around 20$ Dollars and waited for 20-25 days and some day I got call from dtdc and asked my details and mail id to send link to upload KYC documents which are needed as a customs Process and I provide all my details like mail id in phone and waited for 3-4 days and didn't get any mails from dtdc and then I contacted dtdc customer care and then they responded and send mail. after the completion of KYC process when it comes to delivery I didn't get notified that my product is going to delivered on some particular day. suddenly they visited my house on some working day and call me asking for my presence and proof documents. Then I ask then to come in evening on the next day. even after 3 days there is no response from them and when I call them to enquire they shouted at me that I need to go to there depot and collect my parcel I got tempered and shouted back because I pay charges and inturn I got blamed. for that I scolded them badly and warn them its a door delivery parcel if possible deliver it to my door or return the parcel I can talk to amazon services then the courier person came and delivered to my door finally. such an Unbelievable service. from then decided not to use DTDC again
