This is a review about DTDC Blue service. DTDC Blue is a high end service where they promise next day delivery. I had sent a parcel (my MBA application) from Mumbai to Pune. I booked this courier on 11th February and I was promised next day delivery by the person who collected it from me. The documents needed to reach the destination on the next day only, as it was the deadline to submit these documents.
They charge an exorbitant fee to deliver the parcel on next day. To my surprise, when I called the office of Symbiosis Pune on the next day to inquire if they have received the application, they said that no such parcel was received in office hours. I was not able to secure my seat in Symbiosis, which was very important to me.
DTDC are supposed to be a really good courier service as they have been in this business for many years now. I am severely disappointed by the “next day delivery” service of DTDC.
