As per my last post on Home Loan from DHFL last year, I pleased their initiatives regarding my applied Home Loan through DHFL but as the things/matter grows with them the things became worst with them and finally they returned my Documents only last week without giving a valid reason.
Since, I applied/submitted my documents for Home Loan from DHFL as an NRI for my selected property in India August 2015. After filling all the formalities & related attachments I sent all the documents to DHFL Dubai Office and after some conversation they gave their sanction letter to me within a week and finally all the documents sent to India DHFL Office(Durgapur) where my selected property resides and now the game begin by them.
In October 2015 DHFL received all the relevant documents from me and also from my Builder. Then DHFL asked the soft copies+ hard copies of the property and provided. after two months in December 2015 again they asked the same copies from my Builder and provided.
I started to follow up with them Since January 2016 regarding disbursement of money for my sanctioned Home Loan. they said still it is under process and waiting Clearance from their Laywer.
When I visited India in March 2016 and contacted DHFL they said everything is OK just you fill the Form and also submit the 10 Nos. of Cheques which I submitted. They said within 15 days all formalities will be finished and will start disbursement.
But after month over month passes nothing happened from their end. Overall including their starting Fees and other things I already spent Rs. 10, 000.
And finally they returned my Documents without any valid reason in July 2016. I lost all my money and mainly important thing is TIME which caused to delay to start my project.
A strongly said and requested everybody, please do not apply a Home Loan from DHFL. In the starting everything looks very Easy with them after taking Fees from your end they will start Entangle you.
DHFL is the WORST ever Non-Bank for Home Loan.
