I have been working with Cybage since 4.5 yrs and I didn’t face any bad experience with them.
You have to understand every company does have pros and cons: but when it comes to work culture- Cybage has good working environment. Everyone here gets equal growth opportunity, the only required thing is you must be enthusiastic and workaholic….
Frankly speaking, promotion and incentive totally depend on your quality of work. If you expect 50% hike without performing, its not possible anywhere. And one amazing thing about Cybage is that it doesn’t terminate people unless there is any legal concern. In Cybage policies here are easygoing and maybe apparently hard for people who waste their time in playing Table Tennis and pool all time.
