Heaven for Book Lovers. Review on Crossword - Pune

This is the unique place of its kind. I am a crossword customer for a quite a long time now and still I would say it is the best book store chain, I have visited till date.

Pros:

1. Books are organized according to specific genre which defiantly help to sort them and search for them.

   
   




2. Customer service is good and staff helps you to find specific book as requested.

   
   




3. Availability is good and even though you do not find certain book, you may interact with staff members to know when they will get that book.

   
   




4. Range of the books in cleanly distinguished categories is vast.

   
   




5. One think which I love about Crossword is, you can pick up any book and sit somewhere inside the stores comfortably for as much as time you want(I have spent days inside Crosswords like that and no one never questioned me). Most of the crosswords place comfortable chairs/sitting arrangement for their customers.

   
   




6. Classy instrumental music which plays in the background creates perfect ambiance for reading.
