Worst customer service ever, I purchased a gyser model 1515, within the warranty period the tank started leaking. I approached the company, they sent the representative mr vineet, who assured that this was in warranty period so the gyser will be replaced. he asked me to wait for a week after 10 days and rigorous followup, this guy says that this model was not in stock of the whole company which I didnt trust and now I am just running around with my gyser. I highly recommend that no one should buy any of the crompton products. the other one I had problems with is their water pump 10 D, the pump is gud but this one gave me problems within a month of purchase which with great efforts could only be repaired in warranty when I was assured a replacement guarantee at the time of sales. so guys buy their products at your own risk as the company is not going to back you in case your product has problems.
strict nooo to CROMPTON now. hope the senior management gets to read this and tighten their shoes now.
