The after sales service of Crompton is horrible. I have this geyser and it stopped working after a few months of purchase. My complaint was not attended at all. My second complaint was attended but the service did not repair it and simply said it required q part to be changed, which they will do in 3-4 days time. Happy code was fiercely asked and after that customer care, nor the man did not even bother to repair the geyser. No response to my multiple emails to customer care. Do not buy any product from Crompton as they think customers are a bunch of fools after they purchase their product. complaint number 2010000857
