I've purchased MacBook Air 2017 in the month of August 2017. In few days the Macbook Air had an issue of charging. I submitted it to CROMA, LB Nagar, Hyderabad(as CROMA customers need to submit the products for servicing if any problem arises - its their policy). They took it to some Apple Service centre at Secunderabad and gave it back repaired after two weeks. Again in a month, the same problem arised. This time, CROMA people submitted it at Ameerpet Apple Service Centre. After one and half month, I was told by CROMA people that the cable inside the Macbook Air which connects battery and Logic board is disconnected and therefore I have to pay Rs. 45, 000 and it is not covered under warranty. I was shocked to hear this reckless answer from CROMA Customer care people. The product was under warranty, almost was with Service centre people for 2 months. Now they claim Rs. 45, 000 to repair it. Further, they handed over to Apple service centre after 5 days of my hand over to CROMA. What did they do with the Macbook Air for these 5 days? Please don't believe CROMA. I am now left out with a non working Apple Macbook Air which is still under warranty.
