This is about a fraud and cheating being done on a large scale by Croma Retail.I purchased a microwave on good faith from cromaIt seems that Croma guys lie about the MRP and give false discounts.Product: Samsung SmartOven CQ138S-GThe MRP as stated was Rs 30, 490 (Croma retail display)The box that I received had an MRP of Rs 26, 990 This is plain and simple case of fraud. They have achieved two things. One have lost one customer forever and second a potential loss of several others.I have a good mind of talking to a consumer lawyer and see what can be done about this. It really saddens me to see a brand like Tata doing this to its customersEveryone else it seems that the dawn of online retailers is here.
Please do you homework before purchasing anything from any Retail. Call up the manufacturer to check the actual prices. Else you will be duped like me
