Hi,
I had done 1 transaction of 10k on CRED app on 5th Oct'22, transaction got failed and as a standard practice, I waited for 7 days for refund to be initiated by CRED.
but till date, I have not received refund and CRED support has stopped responding.
While I was figuring out where to complaint, I noticed, that CRED is not even approved by RBI.
Request everyone to be careful while downloading and using CRED app and any other such apps.
