In 2016 may we 6 were went to Europe. The services of all staff from top to bottom are pathetic. Like from sells person to regenal head. Not giving proper information, giving papers at night 12 o'clock, not picking up phone etc. we decided never look back to cox n kings bcoz of horrible experience. This year I thought may be staff was not same so I just called pimple saudagar off. Mr Shrirang picked up my call and talk to me very nicely. I told to send some information he promised me will send next day morning. I wait n wait n wait then I called and said' Shrirang tumhare 12 nahi baje abhi tak?' He bluntly replied itna sab Kuch time to time nahi Ho sakta. Aap koi aur dekh lo. I was shocked, I said ok thnx.
True cox n kings pune people are worst. NEVER TRY.
