I would like to bring into notice the good side of it, I had also booked a trip from Pune cox and kings and through Shruti Joshi, but I state that she was very courteous , helpful, prompt and very informative.
Maldives is not a destination to consult so much. As far as Europe is. Europe study is quite a tough nut. She provided us all useful info and advised the right. Because of her our Europe trip was smooth and great. she also managed to give a good deal and add ons from her side as well. She was not at all a lazy lady, but very sharp, very welcoming and sweet. Everytime I visited the office, so much I was making her work out, all options, here and there, she always gave what we asked for. I must have irritated a lot. At last, our tour was great.
I would just like to say that its always the instances , some emergencies and some miscommunication which keep coming up and change our point of views. we should never stuck or assume and believe at one stroke of instance. Instead of publicising and spoiling images on media, why not confront and hit at the face and solve all issues. We all keep getting a benefit of doubt everytime, why not give others too. no one pre determines to spoil any client’s tour.
Those people are sitting at the counters to advise and help you reach and enjoy at your choice of destinations.
