Hi,
This is Jitendra Thakur opted for European Glimpse and left from Mumbai with my wife on 21st May for Delhi and then Paris.This was our first international experience and we had chosen Cox and Kings for the same.
Totally worst service by Cox and Kings. During whole trip, it seems to us that Cox and Kings just value money but no customer satisfaction which I think should be top most priority for all service provider companies.
First made all tourists staying near Mumbai to fly to Delhi for flight to Paris.
Made itinerary changes at end time and our departure from Paris means first reached Paris and then travelled to Switzerland then Rome and then again came back to Switzerland and then Paris. Almost 18 hrs extra we spent in bus because of this change. Cox and Kings have not thought once how hectic will it become for tourists.
Mt. Cox and Kings goodies was missed out.
For Gala Dinner, Tour Manager, Deepti Raje, called Mumbai office many times but no action on that.
Actions taken for Gala Dinner was to arrange it at Bombay Villa Restaurant with TV on for music. Stupid thing!
Everyone complaint for the food at Bombay Villa in afternoon only but still they arrange Gala Dinner there only. Here also reflects Cox and Kings rule is to make only money with no customer satisfaction.
We have already communicated to all our friends, colleagues and relatives to never go with Cox and Kings.:)
One more thing for the Cox and Kings management, 1 week before our trip my friend visited Europe on tour package only via Veena World.It was totally great experience for them with no itinerary changes at end time and with full satisfaction.
I believe that Cox & Kings has to fairly compensate us for all the above disappointments.
