If you want to prepare food in home, Cookme Turmeric(HALDI) powder is very essential. You need to add it in fish curry, meat curry etc.You have to mix a little quantity of it along with raw vegetable and other powder.Then fry it on the oven and add water.Boil it for ten minutes.
Your tasty vegetable curry is ready.While frying fish you have to add it with raw fish.More haldi powder is not healthy as well as it makes curry pungent in taste.Among cookme and shalimar I prefer cookme because it is more tasty.Also its color is better so it brings a very good color and flavor in the curry.Cost wise both are same that is rs12 for 50gram.
