I recently bought a swift vxi from competent infocity and I think this is the worst service I have received till now. Sometime I even feel that govt offices provides much better service that competent infocity and in all competent itself. Starting from the day 1 till now i am facing so many problems. The manager at the infocity center does not know anything about the car sales and later someone told me he is new and does not know anything. Due to that person non-sense I have to go through so much of pain. I would have got my delivery cancelled from that showroom but I just went through as swift was available on booking and I dunno wanna cancel my booking. But still one more mistake from my side. I should have got it cancelled.
Now I got my RC with incorrect details of the loan bank and on calling atleast 100 times, I got through their customer care person and he does this is the common mistake and I shoudl not worry and he will getthings corrected. I am shocked to see that such mistakes are common.
Now still no one has come to me to take required papers to get the things corrected and instead I am just running behind them.
I even put a compaint through to their senior persons like Mr Raj MD, Kavita - Director on their emails and I am surprised, rather shocked to see that no change in their way still. Either these people dont read their email and their email id is just to fool to the people or they read but dont care to look in their customer problem. I could not think of any other reason.
Look I will get my things correct today or tomorrow by calling 200 more time but I would recommend everyone that one should not be trapped by competent automobiles. I am going through a very sad experience and dont want other people to go though same cycle.
