This was my first trial of Khushwant singh & it was a cherishing memory to recall the circumstance I had gone thru while reading this book.

There is a Slight gloomy touch when He misses his Dad ..
His wife , children, in-Laws relationships... no way none had explained them in such a naturality
right from Jessica to yasmeen wanchoo the events remain in the readers mind till his death.
the confrontation between an indian & Pakistani is really admirable.

The End Of the story is really unexpected.. its questioning ...why Author did it..??
