This is one of the most horrible toothpaste I have ever used, I used it for many times and every time I used it I had my mouth burned from its so called cooling crystals , I dont what they used in these crystals but at first it feels like it is cool and freshning as it realeses too much cool during brushing but after brushing I only get my burning mouth with these chemicals which hurts during eating and drinking some flavoured liquids such as butter milk
