When they sell the membership to you they will tell you about certain attractive offers but you cannot actually avail them when you get the membership and when you complain they do nothing about it.
The representatives have even admitted on email that they were at fault and but I have still not received any compensation for the same.
I have been waiting for my issue to be resolved for over a month now. I expect a full refund but Club Mahindra is just sitting with my money and doing nothing about it.
Extremely unprofessional behavior shown by the company. Please be careful while purchasing membership from this company and don't go simply by what they tell you in their offices.
