Club Mahindra, Center Stage Mall, Noida informed us that we have won 2N/3D promotion offer and we have collect it from their CSM, Noida office on 05.01.13. Club Mahindra representative has given us 45 minutes presentation about their resorts. We decided to taken “White Studio” club mahindra membership on 05.01.13 with membership number: 2477512 and paid INR 23400 through credit card as initial down payment. After going through the complete details of club mahindra membership policies and holiday chart of white studio, we found that this membership is not feasible to us. As per the termination policy we informed club mahindra, center stage office to terminate our membership on 12.01.13.


They informed us to avail the free holiday coupons and then we can decide to terminate or remain with club mahindra membership. We know that this is a trap from sales representative of club mahindra and we will not able to terminate our membership once we avail any of the service of club mahindra. After this we have decided to write mail directly to mil id mentioned on club mahindra site. Till that we haven’t availed any coupon/holiday/services of club mahindra.


We have written many mails to feedback@clubmahindra.com, but till date we haven’t received any satisfactory answer from club mahindra side. We have trusted the “Mahindra” brand but we are really disappointed with the response from their sales representative. Customer care of club mahindra is sending us the auto generated mail “Our standard response time is 02 working days.  If your query requires detailed investigation which would need longer time then you should receive an interim reply” and they are sending us reply that our query is resolved by club mahindra. We are not able to understand that without giving us any proper response and without calling us how can Club mahindra write this type of mail to us.


I have lost my trust on Mahindra group after this experience with club mahindra. I want to cancel mine membership with club mahindra and requesting club mahindra to refund mine initial down payment amount INR 23400.


This is hard earned money of middle class Indian.
