I am a member, id 926272 and I had introduced more than six members and I had offered further more. I was offered holiday gift vouchers by the sales exec.at Bangalore office.
He went on postponing to hand over the voucher and smartly he collected my details and coolly booked for Pondichery in my account and said the voucher he will send later.
I was under the impression that he had done the booking as per the gift voucher, so this action is highly objectionable and it its nothing but cheating.
Infact when I inquired he said he has mailed 2 vouchers about 2 weeks back and it is yet to reach.the executive name is Mr Arun so be careful to deal with him in future. My telephone number is 9341229917 and I can offer more interesting details.
Regarding Pondicherry trip last week as per the notification they should have given Rs 1500 discount in bills. They ignored and when I pointed out the front desk staff denied the benefit.
The resort location is good but horrible interiors. The tsunami effect is still there. l feel the management are getting ready for another tsunami to spell a few. Cement floor, no ward robe, no kitchenette, very small rooms, no chairs, no tiling in bathroom, cudaph shelves. The list can be unending. Let God save the persons who purchased.
