I feel this review is:
Club Mahindra has build a top class resort at Munnar but failed to recruit the staffs up to the standard. I stayed there for only for 2 nights and felt why I booked here? The staffs were so rude and I thought to leave room after my first day. I dont want to mention their names but like to mention they should treat the members like members. The front office should understand they are the face of the Resort.
