In a word, I would sum up the services of the Club Mahindra as "pathetic'. And this applies not to the resort staff (they are very modest and extremely hospitable). I am referring particularly to their more customer-savvy counterparts working at local offices. I have had a miserable experince availing their so-called special offers that they dish out with the main scheme.
My sales agent was himself not sure which season I had subscribed to. The records in their database did not match with the offer letters I received, and most importantly there is just no response from them when u approach with such indiscrepancies. In spite of publishing a very attractive scheme though local media and also sendimg me written documents regarding them, I was just not given a chance to avail them. All they know is to turn a deaf ear to our woes and are least bothered about the thankless job they make their customers do while chasing them for a mere reply.
An issue that could have easily sorted out had they maintained their records straight was being continuously pushed under wraps and I ended up calling off my membership and wasting about a lakh and half of my hard earned money.
Guys, dont popularise these fake sales staff, because you can rest assured they would care less about your holiday needs once they got you hooked to their business. Rather it would be wise to consider offerings from their lesser known competitors.
