I would not like to mention the name of doctor because I do not have issue with them. The staff especially at the Reception are so careless and illogical. For the first time visit patient has to pay 500 RS as consultation charges, but for follow up to show up the reports to Doctor they allow 6 days time period and for follow up we are supposed to pay 250 RS.
But the fact here is doctor themselves are not available for more than once / twice a week and if the patient appears the next week with reports prescribed by the doctor also, full consultation charges are collected(500) instead of 250.
In case the doctor is available every day and the patient delays the check up we can pay, but without doctors being available all the time and with limited hours of availability, I feel it is so illogical and completely cheating on patients.
