Cloudnine Hospital bad customer service. Review on Cloudnine Hospital - Old Airport - Bangalore

My wife had to do chech up hence I had an appointment at Cloudnine on 17/10/16.The appointment was with Dr.Poornima Gowda.I received an SMS at 11.42 am that my appointment is cancelled by hospital due to non-availability of doctor.At that time I was on way of hospital so I decide to go for hospital. I reached hospital after facing a horrible traffic jam problem in 1 hour with my pregnant wife.This is unacceptable for any person.If there is no availability of doctor then why they told me that my appointment is confirm.If There was any emergency reason of non-availability of doctor then there customer care exsicative must inform me one day before my appointment date.This is way how they behave with their customer.Staff attitude of this hospital is very irresponsible.The hospital management are only money minded people who look for money only
