They have very poor services. They do not update website even if hotel is sold out. I booked ticket many days in advance. Just before 2-3 days of travel date they informed me that ticket is not booked. They tried to suggest me another hotel instead. Other hotel was of similar price but not at all good as compared to what I booked.
I had no choice but to book hotel they suggested. So I booked it. This time I made sure to call them to confirm my bookings. This time also they said that hotel is sold out. Now I am waiting for get refund of my two booking.
I had to cancel my entire trip because that was peak season and I could not book any good hotel in my budget.
Cancelled my journey ticket also cost me cancellation fee approx Rs 1000 .I feel cheated and I have decided not to book ticket from cleartrip in future.
