Imp. info for filing claim of Limo & Realcom. Review on City Limouzines

Information for Investors who wish to submit their claim for their hard earned money invested in City Limouzine and City Realcom Ltd.

We, in association with some Advocates at Mumbai have set up a procedure to help the aggrieved investors all across India, to fill up and submit their claim form (Form 66) for their investment in City Limouzine and City Realcom at the office of the Official Liquidator appointed by the Bombay High Court at Mumbai.

Procedure to file the claim through us at Official Liquidator appointed by Bombay High Court.

1.   Prepare a detail sheet in typing as per the format given below.

   
   




2.   Attach set of Xerox copies of receipts, agreement and preference   shares certificate for each file/investment and for each particular name or person.

   
   




3.   Courier/Post the detail sheet along with the Xerox set at our office address, Mr. Cutchi, 161/44, Princess Building, 2nd Floor, I. R. Road, Near J. J. Hospital, Mumbai 400 003. (IMP Note: This address is for correspondence only-kindly do not visit at this address)

   
   

4.   As soon as we receive your courier/Post we will send across the Claim Form/form 66 for each individual investor which has to be signed by the investor and send back to us by Courier/Post as soon as possible.

5.    Soon after we receive your signed claim form we will proceed with the claim procedure through our Advocates who shall calculate your exact claim amount and thereafter notarize the filled claim form, affix court fee stamp and get the final acknowledgment from the official liquidator’s office. Then we will send you the final acknowledged copy of the claim form/Form 66 which you have to keep in safe custody so as to produce at the time of claim pay out by the Official Liquidator.

Format for the Detail of Investments to be sent in typing:

1.  Name of the Investor

2.  Mobile no., Residence / Office Telephone No., Email Id

3.  Present Residential Address with pin code

4.  Complete Address of the Branch of City Groups of Companies where    investment had been made by you.

5.  Date of Investment/s

6.  Name of the Scheme:  City Limouzine Pvt Ltd,   City Real Com   or     Combo

7.  Whether Investment made in Cash or Cheque.

If by Cheque please give complete details

i.e. Amount/ Name of the Bank/Date of issue/Branch/cheque draw in favour of City Limouzine (I) Ltd or City Realcom Ltd

8.  Total Number of Investments/Files in your particular name

1. Total number of Cheques cleared/realised from the Company, per File/investment (Total Amount Received till August 2009 per File)

   
   




2. Whether received preference shares certificate and of what amount

   
   

Please Note:

1. Our services are available for nominal charges and for those investors who cannot come personally to Mumbai to fill the Claim Form or who are not aware of the proper procedure of filling the Claim Form.

   
   




2. We are only helping in filing the Claim Form/Form 66 and we are nowhere responsible regarding the final Claim Pay Out. It is the official Liquidator who will decide the time and the amount to be paid to each individual investor who has submitted his/her Claim Form to the Official Liquidator.

5. Those Investors who have filled the Claim Form through us will get regular updates of the status of the Claim Procedure through regular SMS/Emails.
