I am very much disappointed from the service provided by your company . I applied for the Citibank credit card which was almost processed, suddenly I have received your mail stating that I am not eligible.
how it is possible? company did not check the criteria before taking my documents .This is highly unprofessional way .
The number 020 66012484 provided by your company is invalid number. How can you fool customer in such a way.
Citibank donot have customer care email ID, so customers can not reach to them for an kind of concern.
I don't know what went wrong in processing of the card . kindly provide all my documents and photo back to me.
As I don't trust Citibank company.
