Just got a corporate salary account with citibank.
Bad service: got reply of my mail after 15days of continuous follow ups
Bad attitude: my crm doesnt even know how to talk politely to people
Wrong promise: promised for diff debit card at the time of acnt opening but delivered smthng else
Bad operations: my acnt was blocked for some days for unknown reasons giving lot of pain
Conflicting responses: crm & customer care always say completely diff things to confuse u further.
