Citibank is not good bank. This bank has its own conditiins which are not in the favour if their customers. There are another good banks who are in the favoir of customer so avoid this bank and join good bank.
There are less centres of ATM. Service of this bank is not good. This bank employees are not give you proper attention. Customers service ia not good and not provide full attention to their customers.
Phone and internet banking services are not sufficiently provide by this bank. You have to face many problems with this bank.
