Citibank is a fraud bank.
recently I realized that they have been deducting Rs(250+ 12% tax) from my Suvidha account.
When I called them, they said that minimum balance is increased from 10000 to 25000.
And I have not been informed at all! I have decided to close this account now, please dont keep citibank debit accounts if its a salary account, its better to close it after you quit the job.
close it within 3 months.
When we do business with banks we will come to know how they are in a span of time, I have an account with icici, citi, hdfc, axis. I like HDFC very much, its very transparent bank.
