I did not receive the statement and Citibank charged me $39.00 I called the customer service and they dis not want to reverse the charges, also Citibank customer service fraud department to unblock my credit card then the customer service cancel me credit card and issued a new credit card.
I had to change all my accounts with the service providers, the customer service not friendly, dose want to help customers, any time I have a few charges my credit card is blocking and the customer service dose not contact me , when I go to a store or shopping online my credit card is being denied
