I got a call from Sindhu from Citi bank and she said, Citibank is offering CitiBank Reward cards for which there is no annual/maintenance fee and this is a SPECIAL offer for employees from certain companies.
I agreed and she called for constant reminders to submit my documents.
I submitted and got an acknowledgement but after 3-4 days, I got an email from Citibank stating:
"We have reviewed the application submitted by you and the documents provided. We regret our inability to process your credit card application as it does not fulfill our internal policy criteria."
Without any proper reason. Then for the past 1 week, I tried calling her, and she does not pick up the phone or keep it switched off.
Finally I called customer care and they said, that this company is not their list. I was totally pissed off with the service and response.
