It's a great book for providing us knowledge about our Genetics. One who read this book will never feel lack of anything about the Chromosomes. It also provides basic knowledge about Transcription and Translation. About the structure of Chromosomes, The number of Chromosomes in different individuals as we know Human Being contain 46 Chromosomes similarly many other organisms contain different numbers. In this book there is a great material about the difference between Eukaryote and Prokaryote Chromosomes. Abberations in Chromosomes . The different phases of cell division and the changes occur in Chromosomes structure during the cell division, The Mutations in Chromosomes.During Interphase, Metaphase etc.I think the students of FSc, DPT, MBBS and related fields must follow this book for their exams, for their practicals, for knowledge and everything that they want to get in their study. Myself being a student of DPT( Doctor Of Physiotherapy) following this book . Their is also a good thing I found as a student was that it gives a complete history and background knowledge about the Chromosomes .
