While working on this writeup my intuition has been to put forth the needs and advantages of the professional education in the growth of career development. Management has always been the part of our life, be it home management carried out by an organized house wife or management of a multi million empire by a business icon. In both the cases one has to be lass with business traits and tactfulness. But it could simply become a point of debate if we look at some of the great business leaders like D. B. Ambani and Azim Premji today. These legends neither pursued MBA nor went to Oxford for a professional degree but they have done well, so here comes the question, why to do MBA or for that matter any professional Degree?

There are very rare people who are born business leaders, there are many who have turned their fortune by their hard work but there are few but successful who have tried the combination of hard work and a competing education background. We could still manage things without being an MBA, we could still manage people with our vast industry experience but then we may get designated as HARI SADU.
