LG Microwave - Grill+Convection - On first year company offer warranty of 1 year and apart from that I have purchase 5 year extended warranty.The model is of 2006.One day in Sept 08 suddenly it stop working and we launch complaint in customer care on 18th Sept.Next day technician call at home and speak with us as he is obliging and ask us to keep ready visiting charge.Even we declare we have extended warranty, he was not ready to listen. Next day he visit and he inform that circuit itself has been damage and need total PCB replacement.


On Saturday 20th Sept he commit to do replacement on Monday that was 22nd Sept. After several calls to service centre they keep on committing to get job done within 2 days. After frustrate I registered complaint by there website to there HO. They send there standard reply and gave Mumbai contact person name Mr.Rajesh Suri(9930802991), which I tried several times but no response. I called the number from where I got email reply(0120-2560900), but nobody care to attend.


I feel extended warranty is just gimmick of company and when really problem arise they at all do not want to clear it. My Rs.6000 get waste. It is better to get repaired by any local technician when problem arise and pay to them.
