I bought an IFB Dishwasher Neptune in 2006. It was okay for the first 2 years. We did have some problems but the service was alright.
In 2009 and 2010, the machine has not been working for 50% of the time. Repeated complaints have elicited poor response.
The service company Sumukha Enterprises (Bangalore) has proved amazingly incompetent. I have logged complaints at IFB website - they have elicited no response as well.
Avoid buying this machine. It causes more pain than gain. My help at home is more consistent than the dishwasher and certainly more value for money.
AVOID IFB LIKE THE PLAGUE!
