DON'T deal with SAI WHEELS & MARKETING, Andheri. Review on Choosing a Car Dealer

Sai Wheels is one of the worse sub dealers I deal with.

I purchase a WagonR car in March-2008 through Sai Wheels(Andheri). In the initial period every thing was going the way as expected. The day I paid the Down payment, the situation starts changing. The executive NEHA(she has no sense how to talk with customer. One of the stupid and fake staff of the Sai wheels) to whom I was dealing with,  was not picking up the phone.

Even If I call on the landline number, the receptionist not able to give the correct information. If I ask anything about Neha, reception just bluntly told me, "Muze pata nahi, agar wo phone nahi uthati hai to I cann't do anything'

Thats not over, after lots of efforts, finally I decided a day of delivery of my first new car, and also sub dealer(Sai Wheels) was also ok with the date and day.

before 2 days of delivery, Neha(the executive from Sai Wheels) told me that they can not deliver the car on the given date and time because the show room(spectra Motoers) is not open on that day.(I guss every one knows about the holiday). So, I manage my all plans and said ‘Ok’ to take the delivery of the said mentioned by Sai Wheels.

Next, at the time of delivery the delivered car is so dirty and muddy, I can’t believe that it’s a new car. When I ask about this to driver, he said'Sir, raste mai bahot dhul thi(Stupid reason) I also ask him Spectra motor gives the delivery to of vehicle like this only? But he didn't reply. When I check the speedometer, it was showing more than expected KM of run.

Sai wheels executive, promise me that the insurance paper will be handed over at the time of delivery(at least insurance cover note) but when I inquire about the paper, driver said no, I have no papers, and advice me not to drive the car before you get the insurance cover note(as it is risk! driving a car without insurance). Such a pathetic and pitiable service I never come across.

Immediately I called Neha, and ask about the insurance, she said, "mai ne to papers bhej diya hai" and said let me check with other people and I will call you back. And believe me friends she didn't call me back on that day. Even I tried to call her she was not picking up the phone.

I ask Driver from whom your are coming(Sai Wheels, Andheri OR Spectra Motors, Borivli) and he replied that I am from Spectra Motors, Borivli. Next day I called Spectra motors Borivli and told them about the delivery of the car and they said you were dealing with Sai wheels and how come our person will give the delivery of the car. That driver was from the Sai wheels only and not from the Spectra motors. Sai Wheels gives the delivery of the car and not spectra Motors

I bugged up and finally I decided to talk to her boss Mr. Rajesh Chaudhari, I explain him the complete story what happen so far with me and all. He admitted the misbehavior of his staff and promises me to get all the documentation complete ASAP.

Even after that, the insurance paper has got the wrong address, RC book has got the wrong address and finally Octri receipt has also a wrong address(Just imagine how much I was frustrated and disgusting job done by Sai wheels and there staff). When I talk about all this to Mr. Rajesh(the boss of Neha), he jump back to me and was saying, "Don't just hold responsible to my staff and me, It may possible that we have done some mistakes but you should understand that a person is working is also a human(making so much grave and repetitive mistake in the documents and giving this kind of justification to customer! Very unprofessional and disgusting way)

Mean while the executive(Neha) had offered me Free extra accessories(power window) if I refer any frind of mine to her. I had referred one of my friends to get the Power window. After his deal, when I again call Neha to remind her about her promise she said "Nahi sir wo nahi ho sakta, I cann't do that. I will have to talk with my boss. After two days when I call her back she again replied the same that her boss is also denied the promise. So, you guys can imagine the consequences I went through while dealing with Sai Wheels, Andheri. They are very unprofessional and the service is so bad. They will go the any extend to make customer fool. I am 100000% sure that you will get lots of problems and wrong promises by these guys. I personally request you DO NOT deal with Sai wheels and Marketing, Andheri. They will make sure deal miserable. They are the liars.

My friend, to whom I refer, even he had also gone through the same kind of pain to get his new car.

So, please! Please! Please! Before you deal with Sai Wheels & Marketing, Andheri, STOP/CANCEL your deal. Get your deal from some where else and not from Sai Wheels & Marketing
