Last year, I went through the details of Chirmi palace on 3 sites on Google and I booked 2 deluxe rooms with them for stay in December. However this is a crappy hotel with no standards at all. When we checked into rooms (I think the were 209 210 or in that series) I found
a) Cracked doors which gave a full view of the beds in the room.
b) Flushes not working
c) TV not available in some one of the rooms.
d) Telephones not working in either room
e) Water flask was dirty and stained.
f) Rat poop on the centre table whose sun-mica was already peeling
g) Two beds with hardly any mattress
h) Bathroom facilities were minimum
i) 1 cupboard built against a wall which was dirty and had 1 hanger
j) the room smelt of mould
The door got me then and there , and when we asked why there was no curtain or the doors fixed we were told that this is antique look and we should not worry no one would look in. We were also told these were the best rooms in the house. Well if these were the best I really ptiy those who got the worst room!!!!!
