Frequent system complaints & slow troubleshooting. Review on Central Bank of India

I am an account holder of central bank for the last 2 years l.i have been staying in bangalore and I used to visit central bank for some urgent purposes when we come during vacations.this time also I went there for emergency.but, there system were got repaired and they can't do anything till the system gets ok as the employee said to me.so, I couldn't do anything which I planned to do from bank.many of them like me were waiting there for long.then I told them that will come after sometime because I need to do some other thing as my schedule.again, I went to the central bank and enquired about the same.unfortunately, the answer was again the same.so I left from there and I have to postpone the bank formalities convincingly.And one more thing I could clarify here that the central bank ATM machine near to same bank also is not working and it has to be repaired in a higher level as I could hear from an employee at bank itself.

Again, today I have gone to central bank and I could do bank formalities luckily, but again the ATM condition is same as before.only 1 central bank ATM machine is available in that locality which is near to the central bank itself.that is not working and it is not able to repair for long showing the least maintenance of rechnical problem.so please do the needful as a suggestion and whenever we are planned to go in an urgent, kindly enquire bank by phone call to clarify the system are in good condition.
