I had placed and order, where the payment gateway went through and did not return to cbazaar website after payment. When I called cbazaar they asked me to do the payment once again as they have not received the money. But Then I refrained as I thought the payment might take sometime.
After 3 days they called me and told that my payment is still pending. Somehow I did not get time to check that as I was not well. After 10 days I started tracking the order as the money was deducted from my credit card.
Everytime I call got the same response telling that we ll check with concerned dept and get back. Then I called the Payment gateway and asked them the status, they told cbazaar has claimed the money the next day of order itself and asked me to beware of such things. They also mentioned that if cbazaar claims that it has not received the money, then we can get back to them and they would default that payment and take the legal way further based on our complaint.
The next day I called cbazaar to check status and got the same reply. Then I told immediately that I checked with the payment gateway and they told that payment is done. Then she put me on hold and came back with answer that payment is done, sorry and blah blah.. I asked If possible I would like to cancel the order and refund the full amt. Luckily they did so... Beware of their flashy Products and low prices.. cheaters...
