Hi, I am the owner of Ford Ecosport Titanium diesel.
Yesterday on 13/03/2014 I sent my car for its first service to Cauvery Ford in Bangalore. The driver from Cauvery ford came and picked up the car from my home inspected my car (he found no problem with car) before taking out and filled the form and gave me one copy.
When they returned my vehicle after service there was one body scratch just over the right front tyre and TDCi logo on the boot has been missing. Now when I complained it to them they are simply refusing to take any responsibility for it.
They have the worst service so I want everybody to be beware of Cauvery ford, Magadi Rd, Keshava Nagar, Binnipete, Bangalore, Karnataka 560023.
Also please suggest me my next course of action, should I file a case in consumer court?
