I have made purchases on Cash Karo.com and have been cheated for their technical problems& with a changed rule now.
I have visited sites like American Swan, SNAPDEAL & AMAZON from the Cashkaro Site and then made purchases during the Republic day sale. The cash back offered on different sites was to track after a period of 36 hours from the time of the Sale and when it did not track I raised Cash back not tracked tickets through the site.
The site has allowed me raise Missing Cash back tickets due to the purchases made from its site.
Now it has replied back and refused to honour its commitment to pay the cash back citing that the product was already in the Cart of the respective site & the product was not added after logging in from Cashkaro hence will not pay the cash back.
Nowhere in the rules it has mentioned that the Product is to be added to the third party site Shopping cart after logging into the Cashkaro site. Due to the discounts offered on a particular day the user by default checks on the Original sites, checks the prices prepares his cart and logs into a site like Cashkaro for additional discounts.
So these sites and Cashkaro have cleverly changed rules and refused to part with the cashback.

We can see that you visited Amazon on 1/26/2015 via CashKaro and that is why you were able to raise Missing Cashback ticket for this transaction however, Amazon has informed us that this transaction has unfortunately not tracked on their end, so they won’t pay us commission for it. This Cashback is missing and the most common reason for Missing Cashback is if the product is added to your cart before you visit CashKaro.com.
They believe one of the Terms& Conditions listed here(https://cashkaro.com/page/amazon-terms-and-conditions) have not been followed. As you know, we pay Cashback from the commission we get from brands. Since we aren’t getting commission for this transaction, we are unable to pay you Cashback for the same.
Amazon does not accept any Missing Cashback tickets, hence we will have to close your current ticket and it will show as ‘Resolved’ in your CashKaro account. Please note if the Cashback corresponding to the Transaction ID: 403-3292387-8749948 has already been added manually in your account, it will be marked as Cancelled. Our sincere apologies for the trouble, sadly we are bound by Amazon’s decision which is final.
Below are some common reasons why Amazon Cashback does not track. Would be great if you can ensure these are all followed so that in future your Cashback always tracks normally:
1) Do not visit any other Cashback, Coupon, price comparison or deal site after clicking out from CashKaro. Even if these sites are open while you are shopping via CashKaro, the sale can wrongly be attributed to them instead of CashKaro.com. Hence, we won’t get commission and your Cashback will not track
2) Always login to your CashKaro account and click-out to Amazon’s website before each transaction. Shop in the same session as you click-out
3) Cashback is not applicable if all or any part of your order has been returned or exchanged irrespective of the reason of return/exchange. Cashback for the entire order will be cancelled even for partial exchanges/returns.
THIS IS STRAIGHT FORWARD CHEATING,
CASH BACK ALLOWS A SITE TO BE OPENED FROM ITS SITE, ALLOWS US TO LOGIN INTO THE EXTERNAL SITE(LIKE SNAPDEAL, AMAZON) AND THEN COMES UP WITH THIS FLIMSY EXCUSE THAT THE PRODUCT WAS IN THE CART.
TECHNICALLY IF IT WERE TO GO BY THIS EXCUSE THEN IT MUST EMPTY THE CART BEFORE TRANSACTION OR SEND OUT A WARNING BEFORE HAND, AS CONSUMERS BY DEFAULT CHECK FOR THE OFFERS, DISCOUNTS ON RESPECTIVE SITES, ARRIVE AT A PARTICULAR PRICE & AFTER FILLING THEIR CARTS, TRY TO LOGIN THROUGH EXTERNAL SITES LIKE CASH KARO.
THERE IS NO HELPLINE FOR THIS SITE& THE TERMS & CONDITIONS KEEP CHANGING LIKE THIS AND WE ARE AT THEIR MERCY TO GET THE CASH BACK AS RULES CAN BE BENT AT THROW OF A HAT.
AMAZON, SNAPDEAL AMERICAN SWAN have pocketed my money promising cashback and have washed their hands away citing this flimsy excuse, after I have made purchases which run in 1000's of rupees( & cashback in 100's), so Consumers be aware & there is a lead period of three months for Cashback to get tracked and is at the sole discreation of the retailer and the retailer can bend rules after 3 months as per his whims and fancies.
So be AWARE of this condition& I am definitely going to drag this site to a Consumer Forum and get my refund& ALSO BRING TO LIGHT THIS KIND OF ONLINE FRAUD on a daily news paper in the coming week.
SO CASHKARO CHANGE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PUT THIS RULE IN THE REDIRECTION PAGE SO THE CONSUMER KNOWS ABOUT THIS BEFORE MAKING THE PURCHASE AND WILL NOT REPENT AFTER. ENCLOSING THE SCREEN SHOT OF THE ENTIRE TRANSACTIONS DONE AND FOLLOWUP
PATHETIC FOLLOWUP AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED BY YOUR RESPONSE & GENERAL PUBLIC BE AWARE OF THESE FRAUDULENT METHODS(OR THE CATCH) FOLLOWED BY CASHKARO BLAMING AMAZON& SNAPDEAL AND WASHIHG ITS HANDS OFF FROM THE CASHBACK PROMISED ON THE SITE.
MAYBE 100's of Customers have made a similar transaction over Cashkaro over multiple sites and the eCommerce sites may have earned lakhs duping customers like me.
Waiting and Watching as to how many rules will be changed until I get my first Cashback from CASHKARO.
