I have three spilt ACs of different different brands including Carrier brand but my experience is with carrier spilt AC is very bad whereas for another brands is very good. Last one AC is of carrier brand which is under warranty. I purchased carrier brand AC keeping in view that carrier is top brand amongst the another brands but my judgement was wrong. I got no problem of another brands AC but in regard to carrier AC, since its installation it not working well. Technicians attended complaints after 3-5 days and nothing done. After 11 months technician succeed to find the fault that PCB of AC is defective and now company has failed to replace the same inspite of repeated requests. According to Customer care, PCB part is not available with the company and service centre as well and will has to be manufactured. So, it is the service of branded company. It is my own experience with carrier AC. I will recommend to my friends, colleagues and relatives not to buy carrier AC so that they don't suffer badly and save their hard money and they can buy bottom brand AC which can be better than carrier. Company service is totally zero and doesn't care the customers.
