I bought Carrier 1Ton 3Start Inverter AC on 19 Feb 2022.
After first installation rain water started coming from inlet hole.
This was corrected on second free service but started getting noise during starting and stopping.
Hardly after one and half years later 30 May 2022 started cooling issue, raised complaint and a service engineer came did some things and made to run charged 700 Rs.
On the same day issue reappeared and next day another service engineer came and said some components are not working has to be replaced and charged for the same.
Again on 7 Jul 2022 cooling problem reappeared, raised complaint service engineer came and said gas is leaking somewhere to identify and fix, it will cost 3800 Rs.
Do you think we are getting money from plant.
This is my mistake to buy carrier AC for the second time.
With my first Carrier AC there will be some issues every 6 months, i bought Carrier AC again considering price tag. I regret now.
Don't buy Carrier AC, they do very cheap product which will not run properly even for one year. They will loot our money there is no difference between pickpocket and this carrier product.
