I purchased 1.5 t split AC about 3 yrs ago. There was no service n support provided to me during installation or trial. There was no service rendered till date. I tried their call centre through the shop from where I purchased the product but not a single service rendered till date. I had to incur extra expenses for installation n services right from purchase time.
One should avoid buying their products unless the seller gives you a written commitment for after sale services.
