Carnival cinemas is situated in Dreams mall which is nearby Bhandup Station! The mall is no less than a haunted fort:P Almost All the shops are shut down! People go there just to visit the theatre.
We went there a month ago. We prebooked the lounge seats which are altogether a different audi which has only recliner seats and not a single normal seat! The audi was nice and clean! The ticket was Rs.200 which was worth it. They have their cafeteria which offers popcorns, wraps etc and the rates were affordable! The overall experience was nice.
For the second time, when we went to book tickets on the counter they said that they have a rule which says that we have to buy food coupons along with the tickets even if we are not willing to buy! The seats were normal and not the lounge ones! If we book online, this rule does not apply but over the counter we have to buy the food coupons which was very disappointing! Any theatre cant force us to buy their eatery coupons. After that we spoke to the manager, he said the same thing! This was a mood spoiler but we watched the movie as we were eager to watch it!
So I have mixed reviews about this theatre. If they change thier policy, I have no complaints!:D
