Good collection.
Had ordered Hoop Earrings, which we wanted to return later wanted to opt for stud. Ordered the new one on exchange, caratlane guy to collect next day itself. Which actually helped to get the new order on time. Great Service.
When had decided on exchange the service call came immediately and they explained the whole process and how to proceed. Once I supplied them with the new order #, they took it from there and completed the whole process.
Wife loved the gift.
Extremely satisfied. This was my second purchase. Looking forward for more.
