Thanks Caratlane for saving my Day.!
I needed my Engagement ring in a short span of 10 days. A friend of mine from Collegedays, Navraj singh recommended that I should try Caratlane as their Delivery times are good.
I ordered the ring and caratlane promised the delivery within 7 days. However, owing to an technical glitch, it eventually got delivered in 9 days.
Meanwhile, Caratlane team(Navraj and Syed in particular) took responsibility of same and arranged 2 alternative rings as a back up.
Everything was synchronised and got my ring air delivered to me on time.
As a token of occasion, also received a chocolate box from Caratlane.
Extremely happy from Caratlane as they go extra mile for customer delight.
