I have brought a Gold mala from under order N464C0D1 on Diwali. I checked with support agent before palace the Order about HDFC bank cashback of 2500 what shown on Caratlane.com. I check last month online support they told me sir it will credit in by Dec 31st but not happened. Today again I check with Online support agent Caratlane Shomnath and get very poor response that we are not responsible for this. I asked that offer shown on your website and I confirmed before palace order with your support team that I am eligible for this. Post sale they forgot customer. Please do not waste your time and money on Caratlane.com
really so cheap Caratlane team after I submit review received a call that cash back will be credit by 12th Jan but nothing has happened. They know well how to make fool to customer.
I suggest to everyone do not buy anything from them they will cheat with you and give you false commitment only.
Poor customer service no one care you after sold product keep away from Caratlane.
I received mail and call that cashback will credit by 1st Feb but has done. All fake promises Cartlane
